Winnie Ouko

Managing Director

Winnie, an experienced corporate finance, project finance and strategy professional, is the Managing Director of Lattice. She offers over 20 years of experience in delivering a variety of corporate finance and strategy services solutions to corporate clients in Africa and the US. She has worked with Price Waterhouse (Nairobi), First Africa Capital and Standard Poors’ (New York). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi, an MBA from Cornell University (USA) and is a CPA (K).

Joe Maye

Director

Joe Maye, Director Lattice Consulting, brings over 15 years of leadership in the financial services sector in Canada, the United States and Kenya. Joe has advised on and directed change initiatives in financial service players across practically every country in the East African region. Joe’s advisory work covers clients across a wide variety of sectors including the fintech, agricultural sector, healthcare, the auto industry, financial services and telecommunications. Joe has an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and has completed Executive Education at York University’s Schulich School of Business in Toronto.

Julie Muyela

Associate Director

Julie Muyela, an Associate Director at Lattice Consulting, has over 15 years of experience in financial management, people management, strategy development, business development, risk management, governance and compliance. She has previously held senior positions as a Finance Director at Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund and as an Audit Manager at Deloitte-Cayman Islands. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business and Management degree and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya. She is currently pursuing her MBA for Executives from Strathmore University Business School, Kenya.
